What are the age requirements to attend the event?

To attend the conference, you must be between the ages of 18 and 30.

Where and what time do we check into the conference?
Check In will be between 2-6 pm Friday afternoon, May 31st, at the dorms at William Jewell College, Liberty, Missouri.

What is the packing list?

Pack accordingly. This includes modest, appropriate casual clothing for Friday and Saturday, and Sunday clothes for Sacrament meeting. Feel free to bring games, guitars or any other kinds of entertainment for use during free time. Some activities may be held outside, so you may want to pack an extra outfit if the weather is hot and humid. Also, because we are on a college campus, we will be moving from building to building, so in case of rain, you should pack an umbrella.

Is there an Honor Code?
Yes. It is required as part of the registration process.

What is the dress code?

Friday and Saturday dress will be modest, comfortable casual dress. The Sacrament Meeting will be Sunday dress.

What do I need to know if I am staying in the dorm?

If you are registered to stay in the dorms, you will be assigned a room and roommate before your arrival. If you want to stay with someone you know will also be attending, you will need to contact Valerie Anderson no later than May 25th, 2018 with your request. Two people per room. You need to bring your own bedding, pillow, towel and personal tolietries. William Jewell does not provide these items. Bathrooms are community style. Male and female participants stay in separate dorm buildings. There will be a lost key charge of $30.00.

Do I have to wear my nametag lanyard at all times?

Yes, you do. The lanyard is your ticket to enter the conference activities, the dorms, and all meals.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Each registrant must provide transportation to and from the conference. Parking areas are designated and marked. If you do not park in designated locations, you will be ticketed at your own personal expense.
